Tariffs apply all year round and are in Australian Dollars, including GST. A 50% deposit is required upon booking with the balance processed up to 30 days prior to arrival.Full payment is required for all reservations made within 1 month of the arrival date. A tax invoice will be emailed to guests whenever a payment has been processed.A $100 Bond ( credit card only) is required in addition to the applicable tariff,refundable within 24 hours subject to a satisfactory inspection by management after guests' departure.
We accept Eftpos,Visa,MasterCard,AMEX or Cash. Credit card surcharges apply for all reservations made other than those that are directly booked through our website.
RESERVATIONS THROUGH BOOKING SITES
Verification of booking details are required before reservations are confirmed from online booking sites. Guests will be contacted by phone or email to verify their details. Reservations made from online booking sites will not be honoured if there are discrepancies with their reservation details and will be cancelled immediately. Upon arrival, all guests will be required to sign a registration form acknowledging and agreeing to our terms, conditions and polices. Special rates and discounts will only be applicable for reservations made directly through our website.
CANCELLATION POLICY / TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellations 1 month prior to the arrival date will result in a full refund less a $30 booking fee. Cancelling within 1 month will result in a refund only if we are able to re-book your cabin on those dates. In the event that Prom Gate Getaway are only able to book part of your stay then the re-booked portion will be refunded. The $30 booking fee still applies to all cancelled bookings. Conditions apply.
